Thank you for using foto4match. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

Your Cancellation Rights

You can postpone or reschedule the photo session not later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You are entitled to cancel your photo session at least 2 days in advance of your appointment.

After the photo session is done You are entitled to cancel Your Order without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the private link where You can review the photos from Your photo session. After these 14 days all the files are going to be deleted.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: foto4match@gmail.com

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive cancellation statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

The prepayment You made via booking process is not refundable if:

• You are late for your appointment,
• You haven’t canceled your appointment 2 days in advance,
• from 2 days before the appointment day.

In order for you to claim the refund for the prepayment, please make sure you’ve canceled your photo session 2 days in advance of your appointment.

Purchased photos are not refundable. Please be aware after 14 days from the moment You received the link to photos from your photo session all files are going to be deleted.

The following Services are not refundable:

• The rent of the photo studio from the PREMIUM package
• Services of a professional makeup artist from the PREMIUM package
