Once you have booked the photographer, you will be asked to pay 25% of the price. Once your photos are ready, you will be given a private link through which you you can choose the photos you like the most. After paying the rest of the price, you can download the photos.

Every customer is protected by Austrian law, according to which you can get your full prepayment back if your photo session is canceled or you are not satisfied with the photos (at the approval level and before the photos are downloaded). For more details, see our Refund Policy

No, we work only in 4 locations in Vienna.

Bring 2-3 of your favorite clothes that you can easily change on the street (jacket, hat, etc.). Do your make-up and hair, but most important to bring your best mood to your photo session.

In a few words. You book the photographer and pay 25% of the total price. You will receive the confirmation from the photographer. You meet the photographer and get photographed. You will be given the private link to see your photos. You choose 8 or 12 photos and pay the rest of the price.

If for any reason you can't come to your photo session, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will postpone it to a later date at no additional cost. If you need to cancel your photo session, make sure you do so at least 2 days in advance of your appointment. We will then issue a full refund with no questions asked. Otherwise we keep the prepayment. So please read our Refund Policy and Terms of Use carefully.

We do not provide RAW files

The editing process takes about 5-10 days . Once they're done, you'll be given a private link to online gallery to view and download your photos. We normally provide around 20 photos to choose from.

If you have not received the confirmation within 24 hours after booking the photo session, please write to us . We always read all emails and messages.

We will check that a place is not too crowded with people. We always monitor ourselves for symptoms and postpone the photo session as a preventive measure if the photographer is not feeling well. The photographer also wears masks at all times during your photo session. Photographers always stay at least 2 meters away.
If an area gets too crowded, the photographer can choose another location nearby. However, if you are uncomfortable please let our photographer know so they can postpone your photo session.
If you have been quarantined or are waiting for test results please postpone your photo session.
